The Zoning Hearing Case 25-11 for 75 James Way, Southampton PA regarding the request for variances for religious and education uses will be continued from Wednesday, December 10, 2025 to Wednesday, December 17, 2025. The Hearing will be held in the Lower-Level Meeting Room of the Southampton Free Library, 947 Street Road, Southampton PA at 7:00 pm.
Since the Hearing was advertised for December 10, 2025 in the room next to the Tax Collector Office at 939 Street Road, the Zoning Hearing Board will meet briefly on December 10, 2025 to open the hearing and mark exhibits as required by law and then grant the continuance request to December 17, 2025. No testimony, evidence or other action including the request for party status will be received at the December 10, 2025 Hearing.
