Open Records Policy & Request

The Upper Southampton Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2008-13 which establishes the policy and procedure by which the Township of Upper Southampton will address requests made to it for records under the Right-to-Know Law.

To request access to a public record of the Township of Upper Southampton, your written request should be made in one of the following manners:

By Mail, Express or Overnight Delivery:
Address your requests to: Township Manager, Open Records Officer, Upper Southampton Township, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA   18966

By Courier or Hand Delivery:
Deliver your request in a sealed envelope to Township Manager, Open Records Officer, Upper Southampton Township, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA   18966.  Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.

Arrangements can be made for documents to be viewed at no charge during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the exception of holidays.
