Notice is hereby given that the Upper Southampton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the lower-level meeting room of the Upper Southampton Township Library Building, 947 Street Road, Southampton, Pennsylvania to discuss and consider: (1) ELU Mid-Atlantic DeLuca Bethanna, LLC’s request for Preliminary as Final Land Development and Major Subdivision Plan approval regarding the properties located at (TMP’s 48-013-163, 48-013-163-001, 48-013-164) 1020-1030 Second Street Pike, Southampton, Pennsylvania, (“Project”); (2) ELU Mid-Atlantic DeLuca Bethanna, LLC’s request to amend a portion of the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance by adding a Neighborhood Active Adult Overlay District (“NAA Overlay District”), the associated requirements for the NAA Overlay District and updating the Zoning Map; and (3) approving a Planning Module required by the PA DEP for the Project and any other business that may come before the Board.
Members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the Public Meeting, as permitted by law.
